Paper, retired.

A GCC healthcare distribution group processed 750,000 invoice-receipt transactions a year by hand: print, sign, file, and — when auditors called — retrieve. Warehouses ran on batch signing; the filing room was a liability with a door.

We rebuilt the chain as a digital batch pipeline: mass stamping, cloud-accessible archival, and retrieval measured in seconds. Compliance didn't suffer — adherence to customs and VAT-recovery protocols became easier to demonstrate, because every document now has a trail.

One golden dataset.

Finance ran on numbers from two ERPs and a constellation of spreadsheets — 70 million rows that took multiple weeks to consolidate, and never quite agreed with themselves.

We consolidated everything into a single certified dataset: one set of definitions, validated once, consumed everywhere — budgeting, forecasting, transactional analysis, audit. Processing that took weeks now takes days, and the arguments about whose number is right ended.

The port bot.

Customs documentation for a government trade portal meant manual retrieval, document by document, by people who had better things to do — and no API in sight.

We integrated RPA bots directly into the financial infrastructure: automated, high-speed document fetching feeding the archival pipeline from file 001. The portal never knew anything changed; the team stopped doing robot work.

The 8am dashboard.

Leadership at a multi-division healthcare group saw performance annually — one budget cycle, one reconciliation marathon, one long argument.

We built the executive layer: a real-time CEO dashboard, price-volume-mix analysis that explains why margins moved, ROI and working-capital reporting at every level, and market mapping built on geographic APIs to guide expansion. Decisions moved from quarterly to daily.
